You can order your lab coat by using our online shopping cart, by phone, fax or e-mail. If there are any problems with your order, we will try to notify you within 24 hours.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cashier's Check, Money Order. No C.O.D.'s.

Return Policy

All items are guaranteed against manufacturers' defects and workmanship. JoAnn's will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product if the product is deemed defective. No item can be returned if it has been embroidered.
All returns must be authorized.
Please email JoAnn for a return authorization.
All items returned without an authorization, will be refused.

Backorders

You will not be charged for an item until it has been shipped. We will notify you of an expected ship date.
